2008 RATES
CAR 1 & 2 - $1.35 per mile
CAR 1 with High Pole - $1.50 per mile
Down time - $20.00 per hour, over 2 hours, includes truck failures, incidents, and
route curfews, permit issues.
No Go - $150.00 per day
Dead Head runs over loaded miles - .50 per mile
Overnight stays - $65.00 per night sun-thurs
$75.00 per night fri-sat
Short runs 1 to 200 miles - $300.00 lead or chase 325.00 high pole
8% LATE CHARGE for any invoice not paid within 30 days per Ohio Law
All rates subject to change
Any unpaid invoice subject to arbitration, all court and attorney fees to be paid by the
company escort service was provided to. All mileage, meals, & over nights will be
added to the bill.
We do not insure any part of the loads that we provide service for.
It is the sole responsibility of the trucking company to provide a copy of the permits
and load height to our drivers.
We do require a pre-trip meeting between all drivers involved in moving a load.
It is the sole responsibility of the trucking company driver to know and relay any
route direction during movement.
I accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, comchek, at the end of the run unless prior
agreement made for payment.
